It’s just Adams. The Royal Ivory Titian Ware is the type of ware, what I would call a line. It’s on the Della Robia blank with embossed fruits and nuts or something. You can find several variations of Della Robia, but I didn’t find any like yours. The site www.thepotteries.org says the mark is from the early 20th century.

the company is Adams. royal ivory is their tradename for this particular ceramic body and glaze. Titan ware is the line this piece is from. When did the Royal Adams Mark come out?
