Any advice appreciated. Feedback was 100% previously. Edit: Did chat then a call. Both said they’d open an appeal request, read them the chat messages I sent and told them the dates of messages. Representative on call said they saw the messages. So I suppose now I’ll wait.
Is the ZIP code on eBay the real zip code?
Sure enough, yes. The zip code from the buyer is different from the one it was delivered. Instead (not a real zip code, only example) it was 101911, it delivered to 101921.

I don’t want to start an “Item Not Received “case unless it is warranted. That will only end up costing everyone else down the road. It is the inability to find other contact information that is a concern. eBay should at least keep the channels of communications open for a period of time for active purchases.

Why did eBay remove my seller’s listing?
So I sent the seller a message asking if the item will still be shipped as it has not yet been marked as shipped (haven’t heard back). However, soon after that I realized eBay removed all of this seller’s listings which threw up a huge red flag for me.
