Seems like it’s not only us who desperately miss “ F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Jennifer Aniston or our ‘Rachel’ is also super nostalgic remembering the show she also expressed an urge to return to the “simpler” times of the ’90s.
Aniston explained to Instyle Magazine that being on the long-running 90’s sitcom was great as it built her confidence. “being on the show was the ultimate trust exercise” said our Rachel. There was comfort in numbers there, so we all held each other up. I miss a lot about that time. Having a job that was absolute, pure joy. I miss getting to be with people I love massively and respect beyond words.”
She also explained that when the sitcom started she and her co-stars Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, Mathew Perry, Lisa Kudrow, and Matt LeBlank were ‘wide-eyed and bushy-tailed’ and had no idea what the television industry had in store for them. It is because of ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ that they made into the industry.
She also hailed the sitcom as hailed the hardest job” of her career. The 50-year-old star looks buyer-olde show as one of the reasons why she got into the industry in the first place.
The actor who is soon to be seen in ‘The Morning much talked about return to television, alongside Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carell. I also expressed a desire to be back to the old-times. “When I think about the 1990’s it makes me nostalgic- period. “ Explained the star “ They were simpler times. This is going to sound odd, but there was a sense of safety in the world. We weren’t exposed to as much as we are now. And even if there was just as much s*** going on, we did not wear it in our faces 24/7. It was lighter. There was a lot more human connection.”
From the sound of it, it won’t be wrong to say Jennifer too is much like one of the 90’s babies, who are done with this ‘millennial times’ and just want the 90’s to be somehow back.
Aniston’s new show premiers on Apple Tv later this year.
