It’s authentic. It’s “new”, but it’s still an authentic NCR. The 313 Special Edition was made in 1984 to commemorative NCR’s 100th Anniversary. So, they issued one of their oldest, most popular, candy-store style registers in a special edition. It actually has a better value than some of the older registers just due to the model, the edition, etc.
