What kind of wash board do you use?
Early rustic solid wood scrub board / washboard. Well used with some of the center wooden ridges worn from use and the old lye soap stains still visible. Lovely piece of Early Americana.
Is the Columbus Washboard family size family size washboard?
This washboard is sturdy, fits in my sink, hasn’t rusted in the months that I have had it, and has gotten my clothes so much cleaner than my old washer. It is a good height, not too big or too small. About the only thing that I have trouble cleaning with it would be sheets and blankets, but other than than this is great.
