The very well appreciated British television web series is all set to make a comeback on your screens. Netflix announced that they had started filming for the second season on 1st of May, 2019. It was revealed that Sex Education season two was already under the planning and it was already decided that Sex Education would renew for its second season.
Sex Education features a teenage boy Otis, played by Asa Butterfield who gains expertise in the are of sex given that his mom was a sex therapist. He decided to use his knowledge to help others at his school while pairing up with Maeve Wiley played by Emma Mackay. They start giving therapies to the students of their own class.
Otis, Maeve and Jean will be seen again in season two along with some other recurring characters. It is reported that Sex Education will return with 8 episodes on Net

With all the rumours going around, it is likely that Sex Education will renew itself for the second season in 2020. It all depends on the duration it takes for the actors to shoot but we can expect Netflix to drop the series in the upcoming year.
